Pre-Planning is an important part of identifying your building budget to avoid hidden costs. We offer a 9 part pre-planning reporting process performed by a Licensed Consultant  to assist you to establish any requirement for expert technical reports to site egress.  

Before you are authorised by your local body council to perform any works you must first consult the resource management act to evaluate if your proposed works will require a Resource Consent building consent
